Fracturing machine gears

Used in fracturing equipment in the fields of petroleum, chemical industry, mining, etc. The material is usually made of high-strength and high-hardness alloy steel 18CrNiMo7-6, and the gear is usually subjected to surface treatment such as shot blasting, carburizing and quenching. The fracturing machine gear has high precision requirements to ensure smooth gear transmission and low noise. The tooth profile of the fracturing machine gear usually adopts involute or cycloid tooth profile to achieve smooth transmission and withstand large loads.
